We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. 

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within thirty (30) days from the day of delivery.

PRODUCT CONDITION

For both return and exchange requests, returned items must be in the original and unworn condition. 

To help ensure that the soles remain unmarked, please try shoes only on a clean and carpeted surface.

All returns should be sent back with the Chris Donovan shoe box, packing material, plastic sleeves, and dust bag included.

SIMPLE RETURN PROCESS

  1. Simply email us at ChrisDonovan@Chrisdonovanfootwear.com or reply to any of our email notifications with your order information and reason for return. We will be happy to help.
  2. Chris will send you a pre-paid return shipping label by email to print at home.
  3. Repack the goods in the original packaging and place inside a box or wrapped in packing paper.
  4. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box, sleeves, dust bag, and packing papers may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3-5 days of our receipt of your merchandise. 

Refund times will depend on the original form of payment and card issuer's policies.

We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are pending product availability.

If you would like a different size or color of the same design, you could request an exchange. To exchange for other designs, please return the item and place a new order.

To initiate an exchange, please email ChrisDonovan@Chrisdonovanfootwear.com or reply to any one of our correspondents. Chris will work with you to find the right size and color, then you will receive a return label via email to print at home.

To ensure a smooth exchange, please follow the return instructions above for product conditions and product repacking instructions.
