The Glade Collide is a vibrant evolution of an organic icon—where craftsmanship meets an uninhibited expression of color. Elevated by a 6 cm heel sculpted to resemble two pyramids colliding, the silhouette creates a striking architectural statement that feels both grounded and dynamic. Finished in rich dark wood, the heel anchors the design, offering a warm, natural contrast to the vivid upper.

Rooted in tradition, raffia has long been used in footwear and textiles for its durability, breathability, and connection to the earth. Its inherently sustainable nature makes it a thoughtful choice for modern design—where beauty and responsibility go hand in hand.

For the Glade Collide, we explored a more expressive path. Drawing from a rich library of dyed materials, we developed a custom raffia weave infused with a riot of color—layered, luminous, and full of life. Each strand was carefully considered, creating a dynamic interplay of hues that feels both spontaneous and intentional.
